I am a qualified and registered counsellor providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, identity, grief, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck in life.
Many of the clients I work with have demanding or unpredictable schedules. Some work rotating shifts, night shifts, healthcare roles, hospitality, transport, emergency services, security, teaching, construction, or other jobs where routines constantly change. Others may struggle with burnout, exhaustion, or emotional fatigue after long working hours. Because of this, flexibility matters.
I offer evening appointments and flexible online counselling sessions to help make therapy more accessible around work and life commitments. Therapy should fit into your life as realistically as possible, rather than becoming another source of stress or pressure.
